Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition Requirements: Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and materials included
- Complete Components: All parts, accessories, and documentation must be present
- Damage-Free: Products must be free from damage, scratches, or installation marks
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure customer safety and maintain product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- FLOORING & Floor Tiles: Once opened or installed (hygiene and customization reasons)
- CUT-TO-SIZE PRODUCTS: Any slatwall, cabinets, or racks that have been custom-cut or modified
- INSTALLED PRODUCTS: Items showing signs of permanent installation or use
- LIGHTING: Opened lighting products including Lynk Light systems
- ACCESSORIES: Opened packages of Cabinet Accessories, Classic Silver Accessories, or NEW STEALTH Accessories

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Step 3: Package and Ship

- Return Authorization Number is clearly visible
- All original components and documentation are included

Step 4: Processing and Resolution
Once we receive your return:
